Semana Santa: Holy Week at Paete, Laguna Philippines

Paete, Laguna Philippines- The town where I born. Last week during holy week I was there taking pictures and I’m having fun with it. You’ll see the religious icons at the processions and you’ll be amaze that the icons was created by them.  I’m not that good in photography but because the images are very good, you judge the pictures yourself. The town was full of artistic people but suddenly most people there don’t have jobs. You’ll see the images/sceneries and some arts of the town at http://www.paete.net.  This town deals with papier mache, wood carving, ice carving, paintings and any other handicrafts. Because they are artistic they can do whatever you want to do with paper, ice and woods to be your craft or product. Hope somebody would help the people there to enhance their creativity by giving support on financial matters or giving jobs. If you have business related to woods, ice, papier mache and want to help them in some things you can then contact me at http://www.rossdalangin.com/helpdesk/. Thanks!
