Launching a Successful WSO
The WSO forum (Warrior Special Offer forum) is an immensely powerful thing if you use it in the right way. If you’re not familiar with it this is simply a special section of the Warrior forum, an internet marketing community where marketers from all over the world gather online to talk about online business and making money on the internet. A WSO is a special offer or discount to other forum members (you pay $20 to post a thread and you basically use your post as an advert).
Launching a Successful WSO:
People have launched very successful businesses off the back of offering a WSO. Equally however many WSOs flop, so how do you make sure yours doesn’t?
The best advice I can give is to have a look at other WSOs. Find one that looked like it was successful (the post or view count is a good indication) and study it hard. Look at the sorts of products people offer and the types of discounts they give. Read the ad copy and look at the sorts of titles they use.
A WSO needs to be a genuinely great offer – you can’t get away with offering crappy products or giving people a bad deal. You might generate business in the short term but it will soon come back to bite you. The Warrior forum is a discussion board – people will talk about you.
Your WSO title is very important. It needs to be catchy and draw people in to check out your thread whilst informing them of what it’s about. Try using some buzz words and think about keywords people might be searching for.
Once they have reached your post your job is to get them to take you up on your offer. Include as much information as you can about the product or service and emphasize the discount you are giving to Warrior Forum members. Again check out some popular WSOs to see how it is done.
In my opinion we are extremely lucky to have a resource like the WSO forum – make sure you use it wisely!
